TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Golf Course Agreement: 
  • Violation of any policy may result in immediate removal from the premises and suspension of future access, with no refund.
  • No Outside Food or Beverages: Outside food and drinks are prohibited per MN State law.  All refreshments must be purchased from the clubhouse or beverage cart.
  • Course Etiquette and Behavior: Disruptive actions, including excessive noise, intoxication, or damaging of property, are not permitted. Replace divots and obey signs.
  • Cart Usage Rules: Golf carts must stay on designated paths, especially near tees and greens. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart. Players agree to pay for any damages caused to golf carts or other course property during their use.

 

  • Pace of Play: Players must keep pace with the group ahead of them. Slow play may result in a warning or removal from the course.

 

  • Liability:  Pine Ridge Golf Club and other related entities are not liable for personal injury or damage resulting from participation at this property.  The participant and accompanying minors assume full risk and liability.

 

  • Cancellations/No Shows:  Cancellations prior to 24 hours will be charged a $5 cancellation fee.  Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged for the full tee time amount. No Shows will be charged the entire amount.

 

  • Rain Checks:  Golfers unable to complete their round due to inclement weather will be issued a rain check that is prorated based on the price the guest paid to play and the number of holes completed.  Golfers who have paid for a cart only will not be eligible for a rain check.  Golfers who have paid for 18 holes and stop playing after 9 holes for reasons other than inclement weather will receive the difference between the 9 hole rate and the 18 hole rate as their rain check.

 

 

  • Additional Discretion: The course reserves the right to ask any individual to leave for reasons not specified in this agreement, at the discretion of course staff.
